ALDI, the discount supermarket chain, is taking applications to hire shift managers and store manager trainees on Thursday from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the store at 1138 Pontiac Avenue in Cranston.

ALDI said wages for shift managers are $15.35 per hour and wages for store manager trainees are $23.00 per hour. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18 years or age or older, available to work between 6 a.m. and 11 p.m., and ability to lift 45 pounds.
