WOONSOCKET, RI -- CVS Caremark (CVS:NYSE) said Thursday that it has apponted David M. Denton as its new chief financial officer, effective Jan. 1, 2010. Denton will replace David Rickard, who is retiring at the end of 2009. Currently, Denton is a senior vice president and controller at Woonsocket-based CVS. Also this week, CVS named Len Greer as a senior vice president in charge of marketing for its pharmacy-benefit management division.
