PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Gasoline prices in Rhode Island have fallen for the fifth straight week, according to AAA Southern New England. The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline has dropped 4 cents to $2.549 per gallon, according to AAA's weekly survey. The price has fallen 15 cents in the past five weeks, AAA says. Rhode Islanders were paying $3.32 per gallon at this time last year. Check gas prices near you at AAA.com. |
