PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- The Rhode Island affiliate of the American Civil Liberties Union on Wednesday said it has filed a discrimination complaint against health-services giant CVS Caremark Corp., claiming the Woonsocket-based company asks people who apply for jobs online questions that violate state and federal law.
In a complaint filed with the R.I. Commission for Human Rights, the ACLU argues that contrary to state and federal law, the online questionnaire draws out information pertaining to applicants' mental or physical disabilities.
