Gasoline prices in Rhode Island have increased for three straight weeks, according to AAA Southern New England. The average price for a gallon of regular unleaded gasoline increased two cents last week to $2.10 per gallon, according to AAA's weekly survey. A separate survey from the state Office of Energy Resources lists the average as $2.11. According to AAA, the price has increased five cents over the last month. According to AAA's figures, the price here is three cents higher than the national average of $2.07 per gallon. Rhode Islanders are paying $1.50 less per gallon than they were at this time last year when the average price was $3.60 per gallon.
