Rhode Island gas prices are little changed from a week ago, according to a survey issued today by the Rhode Island Office of Energy Resources. The average price of regular, unleaded, self-serve gas stood at about $2.08 a gallon today, about the same as last week. The average price of diesel stood at about $2.46 a gallon, up about two cents. The average retail price of home heating oil was about $2.24, up about 1 cent from last week, the survey showed.
