Pawtucket-based Hasbro Inc. and Discovery Communications Inc. announced Thursday an agreement to form a 50/50 joint venture, including a television network and Web site, dedicated to high-quality children's and family entertainment and educational programming. The project is scheduled to appear in 2010.
