In all, 310,211 passengers used the airport last month, down from 345,422 in January 2008. Travel in January 2008 was down 2 percent from the previous year. That means a two-year decline of 12 percent and a 19-percent drop from the historic January high in 2005, when traffic hit 380,622. The figures were releasd by the Rhode Island Airport Corporation, a state agency that runs Green and several smaller state airports. CommentsLeave a comment |
