Whelan Associates, LLC said it sold the Bourne Counting House, an 18,000 square foot office building in New Bedford, to an unidentified, private investor for $3.6 million or $200 per square foot. Bourne Counting House, located on the New Bedford waterfront at One Merrills Wharf, was renovated in 2002 and is 100% leased. The major tenants of the building include Boston Medical Center HealthNet Plan and Overlook Visiting Nurse Association.
