Randolph Savings Bank, a community bank based in Massachusetts, is building its second Rhode Island branch and hopes to open it in February, according to a bank vice president.
The new branch, at 875 Pontiac Ave., in Cranston, will join a four-year-old branch in Coventry. The bank has five Massachusetts branches, in Stoughton, where it is headquartered, and in Randolph and Holbrook.
