Tony Hsieh, CEO of Zappos.com, talks about how customer service means everything at his company. Founded in 1999 as an online shoe store, it has since expanded to sell clothing, electronics, appliances and more. Hsieh was speaking today to participants at the annual Business Innovation Factory Collaborative Innovation Summit, which is being held at Trinity Rep in Providence.
