KVH Industries, in Middletown, reported in a filing with federal regulators the new base salaries for several top executives, including $374,842 for Martin A. Kits van Heyningen, president and chief executive officer.
The other base salaries are: $249,471, Patrick J. Spratt, chief financial officer; $219,091, Ian C. Palmer, executive vice president, satellite sales; $210,077, Robert J. Balog, vice president, engineering, satellite products; and $203,973, Robert W.B. Kits van Heyningen, vice president, research and development.
The filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday said the company's Compensation Committee concluded in February that it would not make any changes in the base salaries for named executive officers, but said it would reevaluate the salaries in July. The committee approved the increases on Aug. 18, to be effective on July 1, 2008.
