PROVIDENCE (AP) -- Gas prices in Rhode Island continue a four-week slide and have reached their lowest point since May. A weekly survey by the state Office of Energy Resources shows a gallon of regular, unleaded was averaging $3.72 at self-serve stations. That's a decrease of 14 cents from last week. Still, gasoline is 33 percent more expensive than at the same time last year. -- The Associated Press |
