The Nasdaq Stock market said it will delist the common stock of Providence-based Nestor. The stock (NEST:OTC-BB) will continue to trade on the over the counter bulletin board. Nasdaq said it suspended trading in Nestor's stock on its exchnage on May 1 and it has not traded there since then. Nasdaq said it plans to make a regulatory filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission to to complete the delisting. |
