One of the biggest job fairs of the season will be held today as graduating college seniors and unemployed workers navigate one of the toughest job markets in years. Rhode Island has lost 7,700 jobs in the last year, including 1,200 in February, and the unemployment rate has jumped to 5.8 percent, with 33,400 residents out of work.
