Stock in Amgen (AMGN:NASDAQ) gained the most in the Standard & Poor's 500 Index this morning, rising 6 percent to $44.15 a share, up $2.56. U.S. District Judge William Young ruled Roche Holding AG's anemia medicine Mircera violates patents owned by Amgen. Roche was banned from selling the drug for now.
