Brady Sullivan Properties, a real estate developer from Manchester, New Hampshire, will unveil plans this morning for a $22 million renovation of the former Slater Cotton Mill in downtown Pawtucket. The old mill, at 38 Church St., has 165,000 square feet of space and was built in 1882. The project follows other renovations of the Riverfront Lofts, located at the former Lebanon Mills on Exchange Street and Bailey Lofts, located at the former Parkin Yard property on Bailey Street. |
