The price was not disclosed. Qualified has employed three of Loffler's former employees, but Kevin Loflin, the former owner, has moved on to other ventures, according to Lisa Burns, director of sales and marketing at Qualified.

Last Nov. Qualified acquird Monroe, based in Monroe, Conn., a $40 million staffing agency with nine offices in Connecticut.

Qualified is a $60 to $70 million business with 75 employees. The company is owned by Timothy Harrington, president and chief executive officer of Qualified, Emily Harrington and Staff Service Group, a firm based in Japan.
