France fines Hasbro $7.3M in price-fixing case

Hasbro Inc. is among eight manufacturers and retailers fined by France for fixing the price of toys sold in that country. France fined the Pawtucket, RI, toymaker 5.1 million euros, or $7.3 million, for collaborating with Europe's biggest retailer and other toymakers to force competitors to match prices.
